Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is always our priority, which is why it is our policy to open and inspect every item prior to shipping to our customer.
In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with any portion of your order we want to make it right.
Non-final sale items purchased between January and September may be returned up to 30 days of the order date.
To make holiday gift-giving easier, non-final sale items purchased between October and December may be returned until January 31.
Initiating a Return
If something is wrong with an order please email info@spacestoaspire.com and we will be happy to assist you.
Please allow an estimated two (2) business days for return requests to be processed; once processed, an email will be sent with return instructions.
When the return arrives at our facility, please allow five (5) to seven (7) business days for processing.
When the quality of the return has been approved a refund will be issued to the original method of payment which may take up to 14 business days to be credited to the account, depending on the financial institution.
Conditions of Acceptable Returns
Refunds or exchanges must be accompanied by the order confirmation email or invoice, visibly stating the order number and customer contact information.
Acceptable items are in new, unused condition with original tags, packaging and all components included.
Items must not be used, washed or altered.
Final sale items may not be returned or exchanged and are not eligible for a refund.
Do not refuse an order as a way to return items:
Please note: refused packages are not trackable or insured by shipping carriers.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we will receive our product back to then issue a refund.
Customers will be liable if a refused order is lost in transit with the shipping carrier.
